The Lyttelton community was badly damaged by the 2010-11 earthquakes. Public buildings and private houses were destroyed, and the population scattered. Lyttelton Anglicans lost their church, and parish centre, and the vicarage was very badly damaged.

 Now with a splendid new church building, a church community is being gathered again. Contemplative worship is offered every Sunday, and pastoral ministry is always available. All are welcome to share our life and facilities, and to join in our Christian witness and service in the community.
